This tutorial will help explain (hopefully) how to make your first post on the forums.

The first step to creating your first post is clicking on the New Post button as illustrated in the picture below.



Once you click the New post button, you will be directed to a new page where you can enter the subject and text of your post as illustrated in the picture below. On a side note smilies can be used by clicking the smilie you would like to use



once you enter the text you would like to post on the forum you can click the preview button to "preview your post" before it is actually posted on the forum, or you can submit it. Once it has been submitted, you're done. You'll have to ask a moderator or administrator to edit your post afterwards. The picture below illustrates where the preview and submit button is.

Hello, I had no problem posting on this forum but when I went to the handgun and shotgun forum I did not see the little boxes for New topic or Post so I was unable to post but noticed someone had posted other than moderator in the handgun section but no post in in shotgun were present and no boxes to click on to post. I may be bugged...not sure. Dan

it's set according to your membership status. The forum should be different for you now. Your status has been upgraded.

Got your email Vel, I went to other forums and now can post, thanks, didn't realize we first needed to be verified as a club member to post in all forums, appreciate the quick response though

no problem. I try to keep on it when life doesn't get in the way...lol.
