Just wondering. Who cleans up after you at home! I was at the range on Sunday, pretty good crowd using the rifle range. When I hung my targets I removed 5 targets from the backer and carried them back to the trash barrels. When I finished shooting I walked out and got my targets. By the time I finished cleaning my rifle and putting everything away there were only 2 shooters still there. But, every backer except the one that I used was full of targets. Not one of the shooters who left ahead of me, even though they had watched me walk out and remove mine, thought enough of our range to cleanup their mess.

Maybe we need to go to portable backers that can be set up for matches and removed and stored locked in the building. Let everyone supply their own backer for sight-in, practice, or plinking. Probably wouldn't work, they would just hang targets on the trees. :?:

I agree with you Jerry, i've seen it and picked up plenty myself when i go out.

It's posted in the rules on the website, and posted at the range itself to pick up your mess.

Please everybody, if we have to pay a janator to clean up the range every night, the dues will have to go up. Please pick up your own mess and don't leave it for others, if you can't do that then start bringing your wife or mother.
